Been a big week of repeats; sprints and hills.
Today was time for spinning the legs; enjoying the views; drinking coffee and eating Bacon at my favourite Brisbane breakfast destination, Corner Store Cafe, with good friends.
Ticked off a leisurely 70km along the way but tomorrow it is business again with hills on the agenda.
